As the Lead AI Developer, you will play a central role in the strategic direction and implementation of AI initiatives at Your Tech Club. You will manage a talented team of developers, work on advanced AI models, and ensure that our AI solutions align with our business goals and client requirements. You will collaborate with other departments, including product development and software engineering, to integrate AI in meaningful ways that drive value.

• Lead and Manage the AI Development Team: Guide the team, provide mentorship, and set a clear AI roadmap.

• Develop Advanced AI Models: Utilize state-of-the-art AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to build scalable, secure AI models.

Required Skills and Experience – What Makes a Successful Lead AI Developer?

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in AI development, with proven expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
