Job Description – What You Will Do as a Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Your Tech Club, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for corporate clients. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, managing multinational teams, and ensuring projects are delivered according to ISO standards. Your role will involve:

1. Planning and Strategy

   • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with international clients and internal stakeholders.

2. Team Coordination and Leadership

   • Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring alignment across time zones.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management

   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.

4. Project Execution and Delivery

   • Oversee project execution using Microsoft project management tools, JIRA, and Confluence to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

   • Implement and monitor compliance with ISO standards, and conduct regular quality checks and audits.

6. International Collaboration

   • Manage effective communication across international teams to overcome cultural and language barriers.

Required Skills and Experience – What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management for corporate clients or public sector organizations.

• Experience working with international development teams and managing global project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tooling (e.g., MS Project, Teams) and project management platforms like JIRA and Confluence.

• Proven experience in projects requiring ISO compliance or similar industry standards.

• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
