Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master who is not only active, but bubbling with ideas and the drive to implement them. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership and results, with a passion for building new and excellent software. Your journey with us will be filled with growth opportunities, including evolution to an Agile Coach and mentoring future Scrum Masters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate our Scrum process in Jira, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure smooth workflows.
• Work closely with the product owner to prepare and maintain the backlog.
• Champion of effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of software development.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• A minimum education level of college or university.
• Strong familiarity with Jira Atlassian and Microsoft tools.
• Experience working in international teams is a plus.
• Must be results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Ability to work at least 2 days a week at our Amsterdam office.
