Job description – bid manager public sector

As a bid manager public sector at Your Tech Club, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bidding process. You will play a crucial role in identifying client needs and translating these into compelling proposals. You will lead the process from start to finish, ensuring our proposals reflect the core values and unique strengths of Your Tech Club.

Key responsibilities – what will you do as a bid manager?

1. Lead bidding processes

   • Coordinate the entire bidding process from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals.

2. Translate client needs

   • Analyze client requirements and translate them into strong and convincing proposals.

3. Draft and edit proposals

   • Write clear and impactful proposals that highlight Your Tech Club’s strategic messages.

4. Strategic planning

   • Contribute to the strategic positioning and key messages of our offerings in the public sector.

5. Team coaching and collaboration

   • Guide and coach internal teams to achieve the best results and ensure a positive team dynamic.

Requirements – what do you bring as a bid manager?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector or public sector.

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT, or project management.

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Proactive and analytical mindset focused on achieving results.
