From possibilities to focus. We prioritise by user value and risk to move faster.
Discuss your KPIsOpportunity first. Technology second.
First we find out where technology delivers the most. Then we design, build and improve what it takes.
First, understand what's going on.
Many projects start because something needs to get better, before the solution is clear. In the Discover phase we map out together where time, money or quality leaks away and what a solution would be worth.
We do that around the table, with the people who decide on the work and the people who do it. Only then do we decide what gets built.
When it's about AI, Discover usually starts with the AI Opportunity Audit. What happens after that, from the first process to AI in your daily work, is in the step-by-step plan for implementing AI.

It all starts with understanding what's really going on. We dive into the business model, customer journey, users, processes, systems, data and growth goals.
Discuss your KPIsBefore we build, we make the future visible. Prototypes bring ideas to life early, so teams can make decisions.
Discuss your KPIsDesign and development go hand in hand. A multidisciplinary team works in short cycles and brings front end, back end, data, integrations, security and QA together as one whole.
Discuss your KPIsGoing live isn't a leap in the dark. QA, performance, security, content, analytics and rollout come together in a controlled go-live. The team is well prepared.
Discuss your KPIsAfter go-live, the real work begins. We measure, learn and improve: performance, conversion and new opportunities get a permanent place on the roadmap.
Discuss your KPIsFrom first conversation to continuous development
Where could your organisation work smarter?
Tell us what needs to get better. In a first conversation we look at where the biggest opportunity is, and we'll say so if technology isn't the answer.

Do we need to know what we want to build already?
No. Many projects start precisely because something needs to get better, without the solution being clear yet. In the Discover phase we map out where time, money or quality is leaking away and what a solution would be worth. Only then do we decide together what gets built.
Can we do just the first phase?
Yes. Discover is a standalone project with a concrete outcome: a well-founded decision on what should and shouldn't be built. You're not tied to anything afterwards, not even if the outcome is that you're better off buying something than having it built.
How long does a project like this take?
That depends on the scope, which we define in the first phase. What we do hold on to: we split the work into short cycles with interim deliveries, so you can adjust along the way instead of only seeing what it's become at the end.
Who's on the team from your side?
Strategy, design, software, data and AI are in the same team, with one point of contact. Exactly which disciplines join depends on the challenge, but you won't get a chain of parties pointing at each other.
What happens after go-live?
Go-live is the start of the third phase. We measure whether the goal is being met, fix what turns out to work differently in practice and decide together which further improvements are worth making.
Do you also work on something that's already there?
Yes. Modernising and further developing existing systems is a large part of our work. We start by understanding what's there and what's holding it back, before we replace anything.
