Implementing AI in your organisation

Based on the audit, we lay the foundation first: access, data, integrations, logging and ownership. Then we automate the first process and build on from there.

What is AI implementation?

AI implementation means building AI and automation into an organisation's day-to-day processes, so the work keeps running after the pilot. At Your Tech Club it is an ongoing engagement based on the AI Opportunity Audit: the foundation first (access to the systems, data in order, integrations, logging and ownership), then the first process, then AI employees, agents or workflows on the same foundation. Monitoring, logging and human approval are part of it, what gets built remains the client's, and the client pays a monthly fee that depends on scope and pace.

Built for clients including Tata Steel, M&G Investments, Digistore24, Toppers in Concert, Bar-le-Duc and Loogman

Sound familiar?

Three situations we often see at organisations that have already done something with AI, but don't yet have it in their day-to-day work.

The pilot never reaches the rest of the business

The prototype works for one team. But there's no foundation to build the second process on, so every new idea starts from scratch again.

Nobody owns it

Who manages the integration, who looks at the exceptions, who decides on access? Without an owner for each step, it grinds to a halt as soon as the builder leaves.

Control only comes when something goes wrong

Logging, monitoring and a moment where a person checks are added afterwards. By then it's no longer possible to trace what happened.

Where you start

How do you implement AI in your organisation?

Many AI projects start with the process that most captures the imagination. We start with what every process will need afterwards: access to the systems, data that's in order, integrations, logging and an owner for each step.

It feels like a detour, but it's the reason the second and third processes go faster than the first. An AI employee, an agent or a workflow added later sits on the same foundation instead of on its own little island.

  • Access to the systems and data in order
  • Integrations and logging from the start
  • An owner for each step
What's included

What does an AI implementation engagement include?

What the implementation includes isn't fixed in advance in a package. It comes from the audit. One organisation starts with an AI employee in customer service, another with a workflow between two systems.

What is fixed: the foundation comes first, control is part of it, and what we build remains yours. You pay a monthly fee that depends on scope and pace, and the order follows the value identified in the audit.

  • Scope from the audit, no fixed package
  • A monthly fee based on scope and pace
  • What we build remains yours

Control

How do you keep control of AI after go-live?

AI that does work by itself needs oversight. That's why monitoring, logging and human approval where it matters aren't optional extras. They're part of the implementation and aren't sold separately.

For each workflow we set out what may happen automatically, what goes past an employee first and who the owner is. For each application we determine which risk category of the EU AI Act it falls under. And every action can be traced afterwards in the logs.

  • Monitoring for errors and exceptions
  • Human approval where it matters
  • Every action logged and traceable
What you get from us

A partner that stays until it works, and that tells you when AI isn't the answer somewhere.

Scope from the audit

We build what comes out of the audit, in order of value and feasibility. No fixed package.

The foundation first

Access, data, integrations, logging and ownership. That makes everything that follows go faster.

Control is included

Monitoring, logging and human approval are part of the implementation, not a separate package on the side.

What we build remains yours

Integrations, instructions and workflows belong to your organisation, even if you one day continue without us.

One process finished at a time

We finish the first process before the next one starts. So you see what it does before you expand.

A monthly fee based on scope and pace

No separate project invoices for every idea. You pay monthly, matched to how much you want to build and how fast.

  1. 01

The audit as the starting point

The AI Opportunity Audit shows where the value is and what we wouldn't do. That's where the scope of the implementation comes from.

  2. 02

    Laying the foundation

Access to the systems, data in order, integrations, logging and an owner for each step.

  3. 03

    The first process

We automate the process with the highest value, run alongside the team and fine-tune until it works.

  4. 04

    Expanding on the same foundation

Then AI employees, agents or workflows are added. Every new process uses the foundation that's already in place.

Ongoing: oversight and improvement

  • MonitoringWe track errors, exceptions and costs, and see it when something deviates.
  • Human approvalWhere it matters, an employee keeps deciding. We review that boundary when the process changes.
  • Fine-tuningWe improve instructions, rules and integrations based on what actually happens.
  • ExpandingThe next process is added as soon as the previous one works.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI implementation?

AI implementation means building AI and automation into an organisation's day-to-day processes, so the work keeps running after the pilot. At Your Tech Club it is an ongoing engagement: the foundation first, then the first process, then AI employees, agents or workflows on the same foundation. Monitoring, logging and human approval are part of it.

How do you implement AI in your organisation?

Start with the foundation every process needs: access to the systems, data in order, integrations, logging and an owner for each step. Then automate one process, the one with the highest value, and finish it before the next one starts. Whatever comes next uses the same foundation and therefore goes faster.

What does AI implementation cost?

You pay a monthly fee that depends on scope and pace. What exactly it includes isn't fixed in a package; that comes from the AI Opportunity Audit. That way you pay for what adds value in your organisation, not for a fixed number of processes.

Do we need to do an audit first?

Yes. The implementation builds on the outcome of the AI Opportunity Audit: which foundation is needed, which process comes first and what we wouldn't do. Without that step you're building on an assumption. The audit takes five working days and asks you for an intake and three to five interviews.

What does the foundation include?

Access to the systems where the work happens, data that's in order, the integrations between those systems, logging of what happens, and an owner for every step. It's the part you won't see later, but it's the reason a second and third process don't start from scratch again.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. The integrations, instructions and workflows we build during the implementation remain your organisation's property. Even if you one day continue without us.

How do you keep control of AI after go-live?

Monitoring, logging and human approval aren't optional extras; they're part of the implementation. For each workflow we set out what may happen automatically, what goes past an employee first and who the owner is, and we determine which risk category of the EU AI Act an application falls under. Every action can be traced afterwards in the logs.

What is the difference between AI implementation and AI agent development?

An AI agent is a single application that handles work by itself in your systems. AI implementation is the engagement around it: the foundation the agent runs on, the first process, the oversight and the expansion afterwards. That's why we build agents as part of the implementation, alongside AI employees or workflows.
