What does Your Tech Club do as an AI agency in Amsterdam?
We do four things. An AI Opportunity Audit that finds out in five working days where AI pays off. The implementation of what comes out of it, connected to your own systems. A one-day AI workshop for your management team. And AI employees: software that takes over a fixed task, such as sorting email or checking invoices.
You do not have to start with all four. Most companies begin with the audit, because afterwards you know what to build and what not to build. If you already have a clear opportunity, you go straight to AI implementation.
That order is not a sales trick. It is the core of how we work: first the opportunity, then the technology. What that step-by-step plan looks like for smaller companies, you can read in AI implementation for SMEs.
Why start with an AI Opportunity Audit?
Because otherwise you build on a hunch. In five working days the audit looks at your processes, measures what the work costs now and ranks the opportunities. You get a report with fixed sections, which also covers the places where AI is not a good idea. You pay a fixed price that you know in advance, including one day at your premises. If we do not find at least €50,000 a year in time and money you can win back, you pay nothing.
An AI Opportunity Audit is a five-day study that shows, per process, what AI delivers, what it costs and in which order to tackle it. That report is yours. So you can also take it to another agency, although we obviously hope you will not.
At an installer of solar panels and heat pumps, the audit found €500,000 a year in growth opportunities. Found, not yet realised: the report shows where they are and in which order to tackle them. Earlier we built a quote tool with a CRM integration that reports back to Google Ads and Meta for the same company.
Where the opportunities usually are, you can read in automating business processes with AI. What I would not do: start with the tool your competitor has just bought. It fits his processes, not necessarily yours.
Do you offer AI training in Amsterdam?
Not in the form most people are looking for. We do not run a course for all your staff, though. We do offer a one-day AI workshop for your management team, with eight participants at most. Together you pick the top three use cases, and by the end of the day there is a prototype of number one: a demonstration model, not production software.
We run that workshop at your premises, at our office on the Duivendrechtsekade or online. On site works well if your team prefers to think in its own surroundings. At our office you are away from your inbox for a day, and that usually helps too.
Looking for AI training for all your employees, for example to meet the AI literacy rules in the EU AI Act? Then we are not the right party. What those rules ask of you is in the AI literacy requirement. There too, we say honestly what you can arrange yourself.
The programme of the day and what you take away from it are described under the AI workshop. Torn between a workshop, an audit or building straight away? Then read AI workshop, AI assessment or implementation.
What are AI employees, and what do you build for them?
An AI employee is software that carries out a fixed task in your business on its own, within limits you set. Think of sorting a shared mailbox, checking invoices or following up leads. However, a person keeps an eye on it. We have worked out 62 of these AI employees, per department, with what they do and what they need.
Under the bonnet an AI employee is often an AI agent: a system that takes steps itself and uses tools. What that means exactly, and when ordinary automation is enough, you can read in what is an AI agent.
An AI employee is only as good as its integrations. Without access to your CRM, accounting or planning it stays a clever chatbot, nothing more. That is why we connect the AI employee to your own systems. We can connect any system; for 24 of them, from AFAS to Exact Online (both Dutch business packages), the explanation is already on the site. See all AI employees or the integrations per system. For what we build outside that list, see an AI platform that finds the right scenes in thousands of hours of TV footage.
Are you an AI automation agency or a consultancy?
Both, and that is exactly the point. A consultancy delivers a report and then leaves. An automation agency builds whatever you ask for, even when it adds little. We advise first and then build it ourselves, with the same people. That way nobody is left with advice that nobody carries out, or with software that nobody uses.
In practice a project usually looks like this:
- Audit or workshop. We work out which processes are promising and what they cost today.
- First application. We build number one on the list and connect it to your systems.
- Measure. Before the build we put in writing what has to change. After go-live we measure against that.
- Expand or stop. If it pays off, we take on the next opportunity. If not, we say so.
Many parties skip that fourth step. Yet stopping is sometimes the best advice. You can read why in when AI is not a good idea. If you mainly want advice with a plan for production, see AI consultancy.
You do not recognise a good AI agency in Amsterdam or elsewhere by its demo, but by what happens after the first month. So ask about that in the first meeting.
Why choose an AI agency in Amsterdam?
Because AI projects revolve around your processes, and you see those best on the spot. An afternoon shadowing a department tells you more than ten questionnaires. We visit companies in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, and you can walk in at our office. In the first call you speak to Joey van Vliet or me, the founders, not to an account manager.
There is something else going on too. According to Statistics Netherlands (CBS), one in six Dutch companies used AI in 2025, double the share of two years earlier; among companies with 10 to 50 employees it was 27 per cent (CBS, 12 December 2025, in Dutch). So among companies your size, more than a quarter already use AI. The question is where it pays off for you, and that is best answered together at the table.
We work to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, certified by Kiwa. With AI that is no formality, because you give software access to your data. How to compare AI agencies is in choosing the best AI agency in the Netherlands.
