From AI ideas to a prototype in one day
An AI workshop for your leadership team, with up to eight participants. Together we choose the top 3 use cases and build a prototype for number one. Always with Joey or Yassine in the room.

What is an AI workshop for businesses?
An AI workshop for businesses is a working session in which a leadership team or a small group of key people decides where AI can add value in their own organisation. The Your Tech Club AI workshop takes one day, is for up to eight participants and is always led by Joey van Vliet or Yassine Seghrouchni. Together the participants prioritise the top 3 use cases, and for number one we build a prototype: a proof of concept, not production software. The workshop can be held on-site or remotely. The logical next steps are the AI Opportunity Audit and AI implementation.
Built for clients including Tata Steel, M&G Investments, Digistore24, Toppers in Concert, Bar-le-Duc and Loogman
Three situations we often see in leadership teams that want to start with AI but don't yet have a shared starting point.

Everyone talks about AI, nobody has built with it
The leadership team has an opinion on what AI can do, but nobody has tried it on their own work. Then every conversation stays hypothetical.

Separate ideas, no shared priority
Every department sees a different opportunity. Without a shared order, everyone starts something, or nobody does.

A presentation on trends delivers nothing
A story full of examples from other companies gives energy, but no decision on what you'll do differently on Monday.
When is an AI workshop worthwhile for your leadership team?
A workshop fits when the leadership team wants to start but doesn't yet agree on where. There are plenty of ideas, but no shared order, and nobody has seen how AI works out on your own work.
The group is deliberately small: up to eight participants, so everyone contributes instead of watching. Bring people who decide on budget and people who know the work. That combination makes the priorities at the end of the day usable.
- Up to eight participants

How do you choose the AI use cases that deliver the most?
We start with your work, not with the technology. Where is time lost, what often goes wrong, what gets left undone? Those conversations produce a long list of ideas.
Together we narrow that list down to three, on value and feasibility. Not on what impresses, but on what noticeably changes your work and what's doable with your systems and data. By the end of the day you have a shared top 3.
- Start with the work, not the tool
- Prioritise on value and feasibility
- A shared top 3 of use cases
Why the day ends with a prototype, not a slide deck
For the number one use case we build a prototype. Not production software, but enough to see whether the idea works on your own examples. That makes the conversation afterwards concrete: what worked, what didn't, and what it takes to really put it to use.
After that there are two logical next steps. If you want to know what the current work costs and which opportunity has the most value, the AI Opportunity Audit is the next step. If the choice is already made, AI implementation brings the first process into production, on a foundation the next one can build on.
- A prototype for the number one use case
- Proof of concept, not production software
- Then: the audit or the implementation
One day, a small group and a tangible start to build on.
Starting with your work
No presentation on trends. We work with the processes and examples from your own organisation.
A shared top 3
The leadership team leaves with three use cases, prioritised on value and feasibility.
A prototype for number one
A proof of concept that shows whether the idea works. Not production software, but a concrete start.
Up to eight participants
Small enough for everyone to think along and build along, instead of watching.
Always a founder in the room
Joey van Vliet or Yassine Seghrouchni leads every workshop personally.
A clear next step
After the workshop you know whether the audit, the implementation or carrying on yourselves is the logical next step.

A short intake beforehand, then one day in four parts: from your work to a prototype and a next step.
- 01
Intake beforehand
A short conversation about the organisation, the participants and where the work is currently causing friction, so the day starts with you.
- 02
What AI can and can't do
A down-to-earth explanation based on your own work: what AI is good at, where it goes wrong, where ordinary automation will do and what the EU AI Act requires.
- 03
Finding and prioritising use cases
Together we gather ideas and narrow them down to a top 3, on value and feasibility.
- 04
Prototype for number one
Together we build a prototype for the most important use case: a proof of concept, not production software.
- 05
The next step
We close with what it takes to move forward: the audit, the implementation, or carrying on yourselves first.
After the workshop
- Top 3 and prototypeThe prioritised use cases and what the prototype showed are the starting point for what you do next.
- AI Opportunity AuditFive working days to calculate what the current work costs and which opportunity has the most value.
- AI implementationIf the choice is made: the foundation first, then the first process in production.
- Carry on yourselvesIf your team can take it on themselves, we'll tell you that too.

What is an AI workshop for businesses?
A working session in which a leadership team or a small group of key people decides where AI can add value in their own organisation. At Your Tech Club the workshop takes one day, is for up to eight participants and ends with a top 3 of use cases and a prototype for number one.
Is the AI workshop suitable for our leadership team?
Yes, that's what it's designed for. The workshop works best with a leadership team or a small group that decides on priorities and budget, joined by people who know the work first-hand. Up to eight participants, so everyone contributes instead of watching.
What is the difference between the AI workshop and the AI audit?
The workshop is one day with your leadership team: finding use cases together, choosing a top 3 and building a prototype for number one. The AI Opportunity Audit takes five working days, with interviews and a review of systems and data, and calculates what the current work costs. The audit report also states explicitly what we wouldn't do.
Do we get a working prototype?
Yes, for the number one use case. It's a proof of concept: enough to see whether the idea works on your own examples, but not production software. For production, AI implementation is the next step.
What do we need to prepare?
Very little. Beforehand there's a short intake about the organisation, the participants and where the work is currently causing friction. Bring examples of work that comes up often: an email, a form, a list someone updates every week.
Where does the workshop take place?
On-site or remotely. On-site can be at your office or at ours in Amsterdam.
Who from Your Tech Club runs the workshop?
Always one of the founders: Joey van Vliet or Yassine Seghrouchni. So you talk directly to the founders, not an account manager.
What happens after the AI workshop?
That depends on the outcome. If you first want to know what the current work costs and which opportunity has the most value, the AI Opportunity Audit is the next step. If the choice is already made, AI implementation brings the first process into production. And if your team can take it on themselves, we'll tell you that too.
