Terms and conditions

Your Tech Club B.V. uses the NLdigital Terms and Conditions (NLdigital Voorwaarden), the general terms and conditions of the trade association for the Dutch IT sector. They apply to all our offers, assignments and agreements, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

We do not copy that text onto this page. The document is revised periodically, and a copy here would quietly drift out of step with the version you rely on. If you would like a copy by post or email, we will send it to you free of charge.

• How an agreement is formed and what the scope of the assignment is.
• Prices, additional work, invoicing and payment terms.
• Delivery, acceptance and what happens if something does not meet requirements.
• Liability and its limitation.
• Intellectual property rights to what we make.
• Confidentiality and the handling of data.
• Duration, renewal and termination of the collaboration.

If we agree something in a quote or agreement that differs from these terms, that arrangement takes precedence. We always record deviations in writing, so it is clear afterwards what was agreed.

Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates a different court.
