The numbers sit in four dashboards, and pulling them together takes a day every month.

Then the report is a table and everyone has to draw their own conclusions from it.

The Campaign Reporter fetches the numbers, sets them against the previous period and points out what has changed. Explaining why stays human work.

What it does, step by step

  1. Pull the numbersFrom ad platforms, analytics, the CRM and the online store.
  2. Compare periodsAgainst last month, last year and the target.
  3. Name the changesWhat has changed significantly, and what is noise.
  4. Build the reportIn the format your organisation already uses.
  5. Flag questionsAnything that stands out and needs explaining by whoever ran the campaign.

What runs automatically and what does not

You stay in control.

Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:

  • What can happen automatically.
  • What is put forward for approval first.
  • When a person is brought in.
  • What information is stored.
  • How actions are logged.

Is this a fit for your organisation?

A good fit if

  • Organisations that advertise on several channels.
  • Marketing teams with a fixed reporting cycle.
  • Situations where pulling the data together takes longer than analysing it.

Less of a fit if

  • Setting the strategy or explaining the results.
  • Organisations with one channel and a dashboard that does the job.

What it can deliver

  • Reports that are ready, rather than waiting to be built.
  • More time for the question of why something changed.
  • Numbers calculated the same way, every period.

Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI draw its own conclusions from the numbers?

It names what has changed and what is significant rather than noise. Explaining why something changed is left to the person who ran the campaign, because they know what happened that month.

Which channels can it pull numbers from?

Anything with an API: ad platforms, analytics, your CRM and your online store. Channels without an API stay manual work, and we say so up front so you do not find a gap halfway through.

Can it handle attribution across channels?

Only using the attribution model you already use. Inventing a model of its own would give false certainty. Attribution is a choice, not a calculation.

What format does the report come in?

The format you already use, whether that is a spreadsheet, a slide deck or a page on your intranet. Yet another dashboard is usually exactly what nobody wants.
