Profile
Search visibility rarely drops all at once. It slips gradually, and you usually only notice once it has been going on for months.
The Search Visibility Monitor watches the things you control: pages that are no longer indexed, broken links, load times, duplicate titles and pages competing with each other.
It does not optimise anything itself. It makes sure you know the moment something happens.
What it does, step by step
- Track indexingWhich pages are indexed, which have dropped out and since when.
- Check the technical sideBroken links, redirect chains, load times and errors.
- Compare contentDuplicate titles, missing descriptions and pages aimed at the same query.
- Report shiftsRankings or traffic that break from the usual pattern, with the pages involved.
- PrioritiseWhat affects commercially important pages, and what is noise.

What runs automatically and what does not
You stay in control.
Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:
- What can happen automatically.
- What is put forward for approval first.
- When a person is brought in.
- What information is stored.
- How actions are logged.
Is this a fit for your organisation?
A good fit if
- Organisations with lots of pages and organic traffic that matters.
- Online stores with a changing product range.
- Situations where nobody keeps a regular eye on the technical side.
Less of a fit if
- Small sites with a handful of pages.
- Writing or rewriting content.
What it can deliver
- Problems that show up in the week they start.
- Less traffic slipping away without anyone knowing why.
- A to-do list in order of importance.
Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.
Frequently asked questions
Does this AI employee change the website itself?
No. It flags and prioritises. Automatically changing copy or titles on a live site is exactly how you break your search visibility without anyone noticing.
Does it also look at visibility in AI answers?
As far as that can be measured. What you can track is whether your pages are cited as a source and whether the content is structured well enough to quote. Positions in AI answers are less stable than search rankings, so we present that as a signal, not a score.
Which technical issues does it pick up?
Pages dropping out of the index, broken links, redirect chains, slow pages, duplicate or missing titles and descriptions, and pages aimed at the same search query.
How do you stop it becoming a flood of alerts?
By prioritising on how commercially important a page is. A broken link on an old news item is not worth an alert. The same error on a service page is.
