Profile
Comparing three quotes sounds simple until you see that all three are built up differently.
One charges transport separately, another includes it in the price, the third has a different lead time and a different warranty.
The Supplier Quote Comparer brings them onto one basis and shows where the difference really lies.
What it does, step by step
- Collect the quotesFrom the mailbox or the folder where they arrive.
- ExtractPrices, quantities, lead time, warranty, payment terms and what is and is not included.
- NormaliseConvert everything to the same unit and the same scope.
- Show the differencesWhere the real difference lies, and what is only a difference in presentation.
- Draft questionsWhat is still unclear for each supplier.

What runs automatically and what does not
You stay in control.
Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:
- What can happen automatically.
- What is put forward for approval first.
- When a person is brought in.
- What information is stored.
- How actions are logged.
Is this a fit for your organisation?
A good fit if
- Organisations that regularly request several quotes.
- Companies with technical procurement where specifications differ.
- Situations where comparisons are currently done in a spreadsheet.
Less of a fit if
- Negotiating and choosing the supplier.
- Purchases where the relationship counts for more than the price.
What it can deliver
- A comparison that adds up, sooner.
- Fewer apples compared with oranges.
- Better questions for the supplier before you choose.
Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI choose the supplier?
No. It makes comparable what was not supplied in a comparable way and shows where the difference lies. The choice often also weighs things that are not in the quote, such as past experience, and that stays human work.
Can it handle quotes in different formats?
Yes, PDF, spreadsheet or text in an email. Anything it cannot read reliably, it reports as unclear rather than estimating.
Does it take hidden costs into account?
It sets out what is and is not included in the price, as far as the quote states it. Transport, installation, additional work and warranty are the items that most often make the difference and are least often included in the same way.
Does this also work with technical specifications?
Where specifications differ, it flags the difference, but it does not judge whether an alternative is technically equivalent. That is a judgement for a specialist.
