Automate procurement with AI, the choice stays yours

Three quotes that are each structured differently, contracts that renew automatically, orders that run through email and suppliers that deliver later than promised. In procurement, a lot of time goes on comparing and chasing.

Frequently asked questions

Which steps in the procurement process can you automate?

Reading supplier quotes and making them comparable, tracking contract deadlines, turning purchase requests into orders with the right approval, and keeping track of what has been ordered but not yet delivered. The last two sit with finance and operations, but they are part of the same process.

Does AI choose the supplier?

No. The Supplier Quote Comparer makes comparable what was submitted differently and shows where the difference lies, such as transport, installation, extra work and warranty. The choice also weighs things that are not in the quote, and it stays with you.

Does an AI employee cancel contracts itself?

No. Cancelling is a legal act with consequences and sometimes a formal requirement. The Contract Watcher flags in good time that a decision is due, with the costs attached. A person decides and signs.

How does an AI employee know who may approve a purchase?

From your authorisation matrix, which we set up per amount, category and department. If a request falls outside it, it goes to a person.

Does this work with Exact or AFAS?

Yes. Orders, suppliers and accounts payable come from your own ERP or accounting system. Contracts can stay in SharePoint or another folder; the AI employee reads them there.
