50 tasks you can give an AI employee today
By department: what the AI employee does, and where a person keeps deciding
Free · worksheet · 9 pagesHalf an hour, plus a short conversation per department
You have chosen three tasks from your own company that suit an AI employee, and for each task you know where a person keeps deciding.
The document is in Dutch.
Why you won't find this anywhere else
Lists of AI use cases name tools. This list names tasks: the work that sits on someone's desk today, described the way it happens in a company. Each task says what the AI employee does, where a person decides and which role from our AI employee overview it belongs to. That makes it a starting point for a decision rather than a list of ideas. “Today” means the technology for it exists. Whether you can start straight away depends on where your data lives, and the worksheet at the back helps you check that.
What's inside
- Fifty tasks across ten departments, from sales and finance to planning and quality
- For each task: what the AI employee does, where a person decides and which role it belongs to
- Three test questions that decide whether a task is suitable
- The decisions you don't hand over, even when it is technically possible
- A worksheet to get from fifty to three
Who it's for
- Owners and managing directors of companies with ten to 150 people
- Operations managers who know where work piles up
- Teams that want to start with AI and don't know which task to pick
Not for anyone who already has an AI employee in use. Then the question is which second task, and that depends on what the first one taught you.
What this document doesn't solve
You have three candidates. Which delivers the most, what connecting to your systems takes and where to start is not in it.
Every task belongs to a role in our AI employee overview, with what the role does, where it fits and where it doesn't.
