The shadow AI inventory
Find out in one week which AI tools your people use, and with which data
Free · worksheet · 9 pagesOne hour to prepare, four conversations, one hour to write up
Within a week you know which AI tools are used in your company, which business data ends up in them, and which three you need to sort out this month.
The document is in Dutch.
Why you won't find this anywhere else
Everything you find online about this ends with “write an AI policy”. That answers a different question. This worksheet is about the step before: finding out what is really happening, in a company where nobody is doing anything wrong and nobody reports anything. The nine questions in it are the questions we ask in the interviews of our audit, in the order in which people answer them honestly. That order is the point: start with “which tools do you use” and the answer is “none”.
What's inside
- Nine questions for a twenty-minute conversation, written out word for word, with the signal to dig deeper for each one
- Which four roles to talk to for full coverage, described by their place in the process rather than their job title
- A register with seven columns to fill in, with two example rows
- The four findings that call for action that same week, and what that action is
- Why asking around “does anyone here use AI?” always gets a no, even when the answer is yes
Who it's for
- Owners and managing directors of companies with ten to 150 people
- Organisations without their own IT department that do run an ERP and a CRM
- Anyone who suspects AI is already being used but can't prove it
Not for organisations that already have a working AI register and an agreed policy. You start a chapter further on.
What this document doesn't solve
You know what is running. You don't yet know which of those uses is worth doing properly, what that costs, and where to start when ten things stand out at once.
That's what the AI Opportunity Audit is for: we map your processes, show where AI and automation deliver the most, and set out what to do first.
