Frequently asked questions

Does the AI employee place orders with suppliers itself?

Only if you explicitly set it up that way. Most organisations start with a reorder proposal that a person reviews, then switch some items to automatic, for example low-cost parts from a regular supplier.

Does it take seasonal patterns into account?

Yes, as long as you have enough history. Without history it can only go on recent usage, and for seasonal items that is exactly wrong. We tell you that upfront, not afterwards.

What if a supplier is consistently late?

Then it works with the actual lead time rather than the agreed one, and that difference is visible. That is immediately useful information for purchasing.

Does this work with Shopify or our online store?

Yes. Sales data from your online store is often the best signal for usage, especially if you also sell through other channels that come together in your ERP.
