The best reason to call a customer is something happening on their side: an acquisition, a new site, a job opening that says something about their plans.

Those signals are public, but nobody has time to keep track of them for two hundred accounts.

The Account Signals Assistant follows your customer list and reports what is happening, with the reason it matters.

What it does, step by step

  1. Read the account listCustomers and prospects from your CRM, with their account manager.
  2. Follow public signalsNews, company register changes, job openings and publications.
  3. Judge relevanceDoes this signal fit what we sell, and this customer.
  4. Report with contextWhat happened, why it matters and what a natural reason to get in touch would be.
  5. Record it in the CRMSo the signal stays with the account and does not disappear into an inbox.

What runs automatically and what does not

You stay in control.

Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:

  • What can happen automatically.
  • What is put forward for approval first.
  • When a person is brought in.
  • What information is stored.
  • How actions are logged.

Is this a fit for your organisation?

A good fit if

  • Account managers with a large portfolio.
  • Organisations that sell on relationships and timing.
  • Situations where customers rarely tell you things unprompted.

Less of a fit if

  • Transactional sales with short cycles.
  • Markets with hardly any public information available.

What it can deliver

  • Calling at a moment when something is going on.
  • Fewer missed openings with existing customers.
  • An account picture that still holds when the account manager changes.

Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.

Frequently asked questions

Which signals can an AI employee follow?

Public signals: news, changes in the company register, job openings and publications. What it does not do is follow employees' personal profiles. That is privacy-sensitive and rarely produces anything useful anyway.

Is this allowed under the GDPR?

Signals about companies are not personal data. Once it is about people, that changes, which is why we limit it to company information. What ends up in your CRM and how long it is kept, we agree and record.

Won't the account manager get too many alerts?

That is the real risk. So we filter on relevance to what you sell, not on everything that appears about a customer. Better three useful signals a week than thirty.

Can it suggest a reason to get in touch?

Yes, as a suggestion. You know better whether it is right, so it is a starting point for the account manager, not a ready-made email.
