From request to a draft quote that matches your own pricing agreements.

Writing quotes often means copying and pasting from earlier proposals, with the risk that outdated text or rates slip through.

The Quote Assistant drafts a first version and sticks to the agreed margins and terms.

What it does, step by step

  1. Read the requestPull the scope, quantities and specifics from the request.
  2. Find referencesBring in comparable earlier quotes and agreements.
  3. Set the priceApply rates and margins according to the agreed rules.
  4. Draft the proposalPrepare a proposal in your own house style and structure.
  5. Check the marginFlag when a proposal falls outside the agreed mandate.
  6. Submit for reviewThe person responsible receives the draft to review.

What runs automatically and what does not

You stay in control.

Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:

  • What can happen automatically.
  • What is put forward for approval first.
  • When a person is brought in.
  • What information is stored.
  • How actions are logged.

Is this a fit for your organisation?

A good fit if

  • You regularly write quotes with a recognisable structure.
  • Pricing agreements and margins are documented.
  • Earlier quotes can be found digitally.
  • The time it takes to send a proposal matters commercially.

Less of a fit if

  • Every quote is a unique design or advisory project.
  • Prices are negotiated case by case without fixed rules.
  • There is no archive of earlier proposals.
  • You send only a small number of quotes a year.

What it can deliver

  • A first proposal sooner
  • Fewer outdated texts and rates
  • A more consistent structure
  • Margin control earlier in the process

Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.

Frequently asked questions

How does an AI employee put a quote together?

It reads the request, finds the matching products or services in your catalogue, fetches the current prices, calculates the margin and delivers a draft. A person checks it and sends it.

Does it also apply discounts and volume pricing?

Yes, as long as those rules are written down somewhere. If the discount only exists in someone's head, making it explicit together is the first thing we do.

How much time does that save per quote?

That depends on how structured your catalogue and prices are. In the installation and construction sector, 60 to 75 per cent less time per quote is often mentioned. What it comes to for you, we measure during the project itself.

Can the quote be sent automatically?

Technically yes, but we advise against it for bespoke work and large amounts. We agree where the line is: below a certain amount automatically, above it always past a person.

Does this work with our own price lists and ERP?

Yes. The prices come from the source you already use, so you do not end up with a second price list that drifts out of step.
