LFH Lease finances equipment for SMEs: lorries, trailers, excavators, CNC machines and other machinery. The promise is simple. Enter your number from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and you get an approved quote almost instantly, without annual accounts. Your Tech Club designed and built the platform around it, from the quote form to the suppliers' stock.

What did the platform need to do?

At LFH, a business owner doesn't have to provide much. No annual accounts and no pile of forms: the KvK number is enough for a credit score. That advantage disappears if the website itself turns it into a long journey.

Business owners don't all start in the same place either. One already has a lorry at a dealer in mind. Another wants to see what's for sale first. A third searches for 'lease an excavator' and hasn't heard of LFH yet. For all three, the step to a quote had to be equally short.

The KvK number as the starting point

We designed the site around one short request. The form asks for a company name or KvK number, an email address and a phone number. Nothing more.

Type a company name and the matching KvK registration appears straight away, with KvK number and business address. One click and the number is filled in. The business owner doesn't have to look anything up, and LFH receives a request with a KvK number that is correct.

The form isn't tucked away on a contact page. It sits at the top of the homepage and on every page about a type of equipment. In the stock listings, the quote button sits next to the price of every item.

Suppliers' stock in one place

LFH works with many suppliers of new and nearly new equipment. Their stock comes into lfh.nl through an integration, and every item gets its own page.

In the overview, a business owner filters by make, body type or distance from a postcode, or searches by keyword. Every item shows a photo, year of manufacture, mileage, supplier and price.

From item to quote

On the detail page, the photos and specifications are on the left, the price and the quote button on the right. Below that is why you lease through LFH: pay VAT up front or spread it over the monthly instalments, a leasing company of its own rather than a broker, and start-ups welcome from three months. So nobody has to leave the machine for a separate explainer page to understand the next step.

Found for what business owners search for

Many business owners start with a search engine, with a query like 'lease a lorry' or 'buy an excavator'. For queries like these, lfh.nl has dedicated pages per type of equipment, and pages per sector: transport and logistics, construction, earthmoving, manufacturing, agriculture and automotive.

Every page has the same structure: an explanation in plain language, the quote form at the top and the stock for that equipment below. The items in stock have their own sitemap, so search engines find them too.

Trust before you sign

Financing is a decision with consequences. That's why the site explains the process in six steps, from choosing equipment to delivery. Reviews are on the homepage and on a page of their own, and in customer stories business owners explain how they finance their equipment with LFH. Anyone who would rather talk first can book an advice call or send a WhatsApp message. Phone and email are at the top of every page.

The same route on mobile

You don't always see a machine from behind a desk. So the route on a phone is the same: the form at the top, stock you can filter, and on every item page a quote button that stays at the bottom of the screen.

What can LFH do with it now?

The LFH team manages the FAQs, sectors and reviews themselves in Strapi. The stock stays up to date through the integration. And every route through the site, from search engine to item page, ends at the same short request with a KvK number.

LFH Lease is also the company behind GIJBA Autolease. For GIJBA we built the lease platform for cars and commercial vehicles.

Frequently asked questions

What did Your Tech Club build for LFH Lease?

The platform at lfh.nl: the design and build of the site in Next.js, the CMS in Strapi, the quote form with KvK lookup, the integration with suppliers' stock and the pages per equipment type and sector.

How does the KvK lookup in the quote form work?

A business owner types the company name. The site looks up the registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and shows the name, KvK number and business address. One click and the KvK number is in the form. The lookup runs through the CMS, not directly from the browser to the KvK.

Where does the stock on lfh.nl come from?

From suppliers LFH works with. The stock comes in through an integration and every item gets its own page with photos, specifications, price and a quote button. The items have their own sitemap, so search engines find them.

How are LFH Lease and GIJBA related?

GIJBA Autolease has been part of LFH Lease since 2022. GIJBA focuses on cars and commercial vehicles, LFH on equipment such as lorries, trailers and machinery. Your Tech Club built the platform for both.

Which CMS does lfh.nl use?

Strapi, with Next.js on the front end. In Strapi, LFH manages the FAQs, the sectors and the reviews, among other things. The stock and the KvK lookup also run through Strapi.
