Interactive brand website for Crocodile Agency
For Crocodile Agency we built an interactive custom website in React, with a user flow based on personas and room to show cases visually.

Deliverables

- Custom web development
Tech stack
- React
- Figma
Crocodile Agency had a new corporate positioning, but its website still showed its influencer past. Your Tech Club designed and built an interactive custom site in React, aimed at corporate clients, CMOs and creative leaders.
What needed to get better?
The site no longer fitted the agency Crocodile Agency had become. The visual style still pointed to its influencer past, there was too little room to present cases with visual impact, and the user flow didn't lead visitors to a next step.
The work as proof

An agency that wants to win corporate clients convinces with what it has made, not with a description of itself. So the site is built around the cases: large, in motion and told in layers, with a route to contact from every case.
What did we build?

A design with movement
Micro-animations, scroll-triggered transitions and video carry the brand stories, so campaigns and cases are told in layers rather than as a flat list.
A flow based on personas
The navigation is built around the personas of the new audience. Every touchpoint, from the homepage to a case page, leads to a logical next step instead of a dead end.

Front end in React
The design was translated in detail into a responsive site. The animations run smoothly without sacrificing load time.
What can the agency do with it now?
The site shows the work the way Crocodile Agency wants to talk about it, with clear routes to contact. New cases fit within the existing setup.

Your message goes straight to our team in Amsterdam.Who made Crocodile Agency's website?
Your Tech Club. We did the UX/UI design in Figma and built the interactive custom site in React, aligned with the agency's new positioning.
What did Your Tech Club build for Crocodile Agency?
An interactive brand website with micro-animations, scroll-triggered transitions and video integrations, and navigation built around the personas of the new audience.
What technology does Crocodile Agency's website run on?
React, with the design worked out in Figma. React gives control over how and when animations play, while keeping the site fast and scalable.
Don't animations slow down load times?
Only if you add them afterwards. Here they're part of the build, so images and transitions are optimised and the site stays responsive on every device.
Can a redesign carry a new positioning?
Yes, as long as the design takes the new audience as its starting point. At Crocodile Agency that meant corporate clients and CMOs, which calls for different choices than a site aimed at influencers.
