Custom website for Bombers & Lemonade
For talent agency Bombers & Lemonade, we built a custom website where talent and collaborations come from the CMS, with contact built into the flow.

Deliverables
- UX/UI design
- Custom website
- Conversion optimisation
- CMS setup
Bombers & Lemonade is a talent agency that connects talent with brands. The website is their shop window, and it had to serve two different visitors: brands looking for the right talent, and talent looking for the right agency.
Why doesn't a standard template work here?
Because the agency sells on being distinctive. An agency that advises brands on creative collaborations is judged on the choices it makes itself. Here, the design is part of the proof.
Then there was the dual audience. Brands want to see what has been made before and get in touch quickly. Talent wants to see who is already with the agency. The same pages have to serve both tracks at once.
How do talent and collaborations take centre stage?
Through dynamic overviews built from the CMS. Every talent and every collaboration is a separate entry with its own image, description and links, so adding a new project isn't a design question.
Custom design built on the brand identity

The whole design is custom-made and translates the brand's style to the screen: its own typography, its own rhythm, its own motion.
Conversion built in, not bolted on
Calls to action sit where visitors make a choice: at the end of a project, next to a talent profile, below a collaboration.
Works on every screen

Brand contacts often browse on desktop, talent often on their phones. The platform is built for both, without losing its visual impact on mobile.
Can the team manage the site themselves?
Yes, that was a hard requirement. New talent, projects and pages are added through the CMS without a developer. For an agency whose portfolio changes often, that's the difference between a current site and last quarter's.

Your message goes straight to our team in Amsterdam.Who made the Bombers & Lemonade website?
Your Tech Club. We did the UX/UI design, built the custom website and set up the CMS where the team manages talent, collaborations and pages themselves.
What did Your Tech Club build for Bombers & Lemonade?
A custom website with dynamic overviews of talent and collaborations from the CMS, a design based on the brand's own identity, and contact points where visitors make a choice.
How do you serve two audiences on one website?
By organising content around what both groups want to see, and splitting the calls to action. At Bombers & Lemonade the work takes centre stage, because for brands it's proof and for talent it's a reason to sign up. From there, two separate contact routes branch off.
Can I add talent and projects myself?
Yes. Talent and collaborations are separate content types in the CMS. The team adds images, descriptions and links, and the overview pages build themselves. No developer needed.
What does conversion optimisation mean for a portfolio site?
Not covering the site in buttons, but placing a contact point exactly where a visitor becomes convinced: at the end of a project, next to a talent profile. The ask then comes at the moment someone is open to it.
