Signing up happens through a form, but then the work begins: checking documents, requesting missing details, allocating places and keeping everyone informed.

In education and at course providers, that work peaks in a few weeks a year, exactly when there is also teaching to do.

The Enrolment Assistant processes the applications, checks what is missing and asks for it specifically.

What it does, step by step

  1. Receive the applicationFrom the form, with the attachments sent along.
  2. Check for completenessMissing details, documents or signatures.
  3. Request missing itemsDirectly from the applicant, with a reminder if nothing arrives.
  4. AllocateTo a group, a class or a start date, within capacity.
  5. RespondConfirmation, waiting list message or rejection, following your procedure.

What runs automatically and what does not

You stay in control.

Not every decision should be made automatically. For each workflow, we set out:

  • What can happen automatically.
  • What is put forward for approval first.
  • When a person is brought in.
  • What information is stored.
  • How actions are logged.

Is this a fit for your organisation?

A good fit if

  • Educational institutions, training providers and course providers.
  • Organisations with application peaks in short periods.
  • Situations with required documents at enrolment.

Less of a fit if

  • Selection and admission decisions: those stay with people.
  • Programmes built around individual intake interviews.

What it can deliver

  • Applications that are complete within a day, or get a specific question back.
  • Less of an admin peak in the application season.
  • Applicants who know where they stand.

Directions, not promises. As soon as there is evidence from a client project, it will appear here as a substantiated result.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI decide on admission?

No. Admission is a decision about a person, and we leave that with people. It checks whether the application is complete and whether the formal requirements are met; the weighing up stays with the admissions committee.

Can it check diplomas and identity documents?

It can check whether the document is there, whether it is legible and whether the details match the application. Verifying that a diploma is genuine is something else, and it does not do that.

How does it handle applicants' personal data?

It stays in your own systems and within the EU. What is stored, for how long and who has access is set for each implementation, including for applicants who do not end up starting.

Does this also work during application peaks?

That is exactly when it does. Capacity is not the issue: it processes three hundred applications in a day just as well as three. That is precisely where manual processing gets stuck.
