Compliance Manager

What you'll do

Your Tech Club is certified by Kiwa for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. For us that isn't a binder on a shelf. It's a requirement for public sector work and it shapes how we design, build and deliver. You make sure the certification matches how we really work, and that it stays that way.

• You manage the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management system and keep policies and procedures up to date.
• You plan and carry out internal audits and are the point of contact for the external auditor.
• You carry out risk assessments and check that we do what we've written down.
• You train colleagues so they know what the standards mean in their own work.
• You spot what could be better and lead the improvement projects that follow.
• You support tenders with current, traceable evidence on quality and information security.

What you bring

• A completed bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, IT or quality management.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, in which you achieved and maintained ISO certifications.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• A structured, accurate way of working and good project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good Dutch and English. Dutch is required for this role.
• You work independently and take responsibility.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 20000 or ISO 50001.
