Bid Manager

What you'll do

The public and semi-public sector is one of our growth markets. Different requirements apply there than in business: accessibility, information security, continuity and traceable evidence. You make sure our bids answer them factually and convincingly.

• You look for tenders that suit us and advise on whether to bid.
• You coordinate the whole process, from the clarification questions to submission.
• You analyse what the contracting authority needs and translate that into a clear proposal.
• You write and edit the bid, with claims you can back up.
• You help shape how we position our offering for the public sector.
• You guide the colleagues who contribute to a bid, so everything is on time and up to standard.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or the public sector.
• Strong project management skills: you keep several bids on track at the same time.
• A degree at bachelor's or master's level (HBO or WO in the Dutch system), for example in business administration, IT or project management.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Dutch is required for this role.
• An analytical, proactive attitude.
