Project Manager

What you'll do

You're the client's fixed point of contact and keep planning, budget and quality under control. You work with a team that combines strategy, design, software, data and AI, so you steer on the outcome and not just on the schedule.

• You agree the goals, scope and deliverables with the client.
• You plan the work, divide it up and keep an eye on deadlines.
• You keep the client and stakeholders informed, so nobody gets surprised.
• You manage delivery in Jira and Confluence and keep track of time and budget.
• You make sure a project follows our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 way of working, with quality checks along the way.
• You coordinate with team members in other countries and time zones when a project calls for it.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management for businesses or government organisations.
• Experience with international development teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as MS Project and Teams, and of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with projects where ISO standards apply.
• Strong in stakeholder management and in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
