Lead AI Developer

What you'll do

At Your Tech Club, AI doesn't start with a model. It starts with a process that could work better. In the AI Opportunity Audit we find out where manual work is holding an organisation back. You make sure what comes out of it actually works: in the systems the client already uses, with logging, and with a person approving where that's needed.

• You turn the outcome of an audit into a technical plan: which process first, which data and which integrations.
• You lay the foundations at the client: access to systems, data in order, integrations, logging and ownership.
• You build AI agents, AI employees and workflows that take over work in existing processes.
• You decide with the client what can run automatically and where a person makes the call.
• You build proofs of concept to test whether an idea works before it gets built.
• You lead the AI developers technically and review their work.
• You explain to clients what AI will and won't deliver in their situation.

What you bring

• At least 8 years of experience in AI development and machine learning.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and with Azure AI services.
• Strong in Python, R or a similar language.
• Experience leading a technical team.
• You can explain a technical choice in terms of what it gives the client.
• Good English. Dutch is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI models in a production environment.
