Scrum Master

What you'll do

You work with senior developers and with clients who set high standards for their code. We work in Scrum, with Jira and Microsoft tools. You make sure that process helps the work instead of getting in its way.

• You facilitate the Scrum process in Jira: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• You remove obstacles so the work keeps flowing.
• You prepare the backlog with the product owner and keep it in order.
• You make sure communication is clear within the team and with stakeholders.
• You propose what could be better in how we work, and you put it into practice.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• A degree at bachelor's or master's level (HBO or WO in the Dutch system).
• Fluent Dutch and English. Dutch is required for this role.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Microsoft tools.
• You take ownership and tackle problems before they grow.
• You're at our office in Amsterdam at least two days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with international teams.
