The AI CV Screener
Summarises applications, checks them against agreed criteria and prepares the interview.
Connects toMicrosoft 365HR is about people, but much of the day goes on admin: the same questions about leave and policies, chasing onboarding tasks, checking leave requests against staffing levels and tracking sickness absence deadlines.
An AI employee for HR takes over that work in your own HR system and in Teams. It works with fixed rules and fixed deadlines and stays away from the substance: assessments, medical matters, conflicts and the conversation itself stay with HR.

AI in HR mainly takes over the admin: answering questions about leave and policies, processing leave requests, preparing onboarding and passing on payroll changes. Decisions about people stay with people. That is not just decent, it is sensible too, because AI for recruiting and assessing staff falls under the strictest rules of the EU AI Act.
What does that mean for an HR team of five? The HR helpdesk answers the questions that come back every week, such as "how many days of leave do I have left?" or "how do I claim my travel expenses?". The answer comes from your own policies, with the source attached. For a new colleague, the onboarding assistant sets out tasks for HR, IT and facilities and tracks progress until the first working day. To see how an assistant works that only answers when it finds the source, look at an AI assistant that pre-fills a form from the collective agreement.
What stays with HR? Conversations about performance, sickness absence and leaving. The choice of who you hire. And every question with emotion in it, because a chatbot shouldn't be the one delivering bad news.
AI that selects candidates or assesses employees is a high-risk AI system under Annex III, point 4, of the EU AI Act. The requirements apply from 2 December 2027. What that means for your rules is covered in EU AI Act and GDPR: what to sort out. How an AI colleague works that only prepares is explained in what an AI employee is. Which questions and forms come back every week in your team is what we work out in the AI Opportunity Audit.
This is the starting point for each task. Exactly where the line sits for your team, we agree together during setup.

The AI employees on this page work with these packages, among others. Is your system not listed? We can connect any system, even if there is no standard integration.
The processes with fixed rules and deadlines: answering staff questions from your own policies, coordinating onboarding across departments, checking leave requests against balances and staffing, tracking sickness absence deadlines, gathering and preparing payroll changes, summarising applications against agreed job requirements, and following up candidates and scheduling interviews.
Start with work that comes back often and carries little risk: the HR helpdesk, leave requests and onboarding. That is where you quickly see whether it works. Recruitment and assessment come later, and then only with a person who takes every decision.
Assessment by AI is classed as high risk under the EU AI Act. That is why the CV Assistant is a sorting aid, not a decision-maker: it summarises and explains each criterion, and a recruiter decides. The Recruitment Assistant schedules and informs, but does not assess. Candidates are not rejected automatically. That is set out in Annex III, point 4, of the EU AI Act; the requirements apply from 2 December 2027. More in EU AI Act and GDPR: what to sort out.
With restraint. Questions about someone's own file only go ahead after verification, and only for data that person is entitled to see anyway. For sickness absence it records no medical data: only that someone is ill and which step is due when. What is stored and for how long is agreed per implementation.
Yes. Changes, balances and records stay in your HR or payroll system, such as AFAS, Loket or Nmbrs. Staff ask their questions in Teams, where they already work.
Only requests that meet all your rules: enough balance, no staffing problem and within the request period. If two requests clash, both go to the line manager with the overview attached. Who gets priority is a judgement about people.
